Unresolved conflicts will hove to be handled as par the MOU. <br />The Board also will be the primary point of contact with the operator, <br />concerning compliance,'vith permit conditions. Instructions to operators <br />concerning compliance and requoets for f.nformatlon will normally come from <br />CMLAB. The District should channel any input through the Board. ~. <br />.Area and District personnel will moni.[or operecions for compliance as oft¢n as <br />deemed necessary. All monitorir•g and inspection reports, by either party, <br />will he exchanged. Inspections will be coordlna tad in order to eliminate <br />confusion end duplieetion. The District Manager will provide a monthly list of <br />notices/plans received to the Board.
