PART II <br />Page No. l7 <br />Permit No. COG-850000 <br />NOTIFICATION REQITIREMENTS <br />5. Other Notification Requirements <br />Reporu of compliance or noncompliance with, oz any proeress reports on, interim and final requirements contained in <br />any compliance schedule in the permit shall be submitted no later than fourteen (14) days following each scheduled date, <br />unless otherwise provided by the Division. <br />The perrnittee shall notify the Division, in writing, thirty (30) days in advance of a proposed transfer of permit az ', <br />provided in Part II.B3. <br />Tne perminee's notification of all anticipated noncompliance does not stay any permit condition. <br />Al] existing manufacturing, cottrmercial, ttrinins, and silviculmral dischareers mus[ notify the Division as soon az they <br />know or have reason to believe: <br />a. That any activity has occurred or will occur which would result in the discharge, on a routine or frequent bazis, of <br />any tonic pollutant which is not limi[ed in the permit, if chat discharge will exceed [he highest of the following <br />'notification levels": <br />i. One hundred micrograms per liter (100 ug/P);- <br />ii. Two hundred microerams per liter (200 ug/f) far acrolein and acrylonitrile; five hundred micrograms per lire: <br />(500 ug/P) for 2.4~initrophenol and 2-methyl-i.6-dini[rophenol; and one milligram per liter (1 mg/P) for <br />an[imony; <br />iii. Five (5) times the maximum concentration value reposed for char pollutant in the permit application in <br />accordance with Section 6.5.2(7). <br />iv. Tne level established by the Division s accordance with 40 CFR § 122.44(f). <br />b. 7Y,at any activity has occurzed or will occur which would result in any discbuge, on anon-routine or infrequent <br />basis, of a rozic pollutant which is not limited in the permit, if that dischazge will exceed the highest of the <br />following "notification levels': <br />i. Ten (10) times the maximum concentration value reposed for that pollutant in the permit application.. <br />iv. Tne level established by the Division in accordance with 40 CFR § 122.44(f). <br />6. Bvnass Notification <br />If the perrainee knows in advance of the need for a bypass, a notice shall be submitted, at least ten days before the dace <br />of the bypass, to the Division. The bypass shall be subject to Division approval and limitations imposed by [he Division. <br />tiiola[ions of requiremenns imposed by the Division will cortstitute a violation of this permit. <br />
