A. NOTTFICATION REQUIREMENTS
I. Notification to Parties
All notification requirements under this section shall be directed as follows:

2. Change in Discbarse
The permivee sha71 notify the Division, in writing, of any plznned physical alterations or additions to the permitted
facility. Notice is required only when:
a, The alteration or addition could significantly change the nature or increase the auantiry or pollutants dischazeed; or
b. The alteration or addition results in a signiitcant change in the permiuee's sludge tug or di<_posa! practices, and such
atterz[ion, addition, or change may justify the application of permit conditions that are different from or absent in
the existing permit, including notification of additional use or disposal sites not renored pursuant [o an approved
land application plan.
The perminee shall give advance notice to the Division of any planned chanties in the peravved facility or activiry which
may result in noncompliance with permit requirements.
Whenever notification of any planned physical alterationu or additions to the permitted facility is reeuired pursuant to this
section„ the pertrilnee shat] famish the Division such plans and specifications which the Division deems reasonably
necessary co evaluate the effect on the dischazge, [he sveam, or ground water. If the Division finds that such new or
altered discharge might be inconsistent with the conditions of the permit, the Division shall reovire a new or revised
permit application and shall follow the procedwes specified in Sections 6.6.0 through 6.7.0, and 6.16.0 Of the
Regulations for the State Dischazge Permit System.
