Segment /Z is designated Use Protected and is classified <br />for the following uses.• Recreation, Class 1, Aquatic Life, Class 2 (Cold); Agriculture. The Division reviewed this facility on June / /, 2002, and determined <br />that the antidegradation presumption was overcome because discharge does trot occur during low flow periods and the receiving water is use protected. <br />The activity involves discharge of surfare runofjon/yfi'om an active area, although the ]oadout is not currently in use. No othersources ofwasrewater will be <br />discharged. <br />~Ol and 001 are the discharges ojfinal treated water 6~ore entering Dry Creek.
