Segment 12 is classified for the following uses: Use Protected; Recreation, Class 2, A9uatic Life, <br />Class 2 (cold J; Agriculture. The Division reviewed this jaciliry on May 5, ]997, and deter»uned that the antidegradation <br />presumption was overcame because discharge does not occur during low flow periods and the receiving water is use <br />protected. <br />The activity involves dicharge of surface nmoff only from an active area, although the loadour is not currently in use. <br />No other sources of wastewater will be discharged. <br />The Colorodo Division of Minerals and Geology permit number is C-92-081. <br />EFFECTIVE JULY 1. 1997 EXPIRES JUNE 30. 2002 <br />
