Cattany <br />Division DlreCtor <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />File No. M-2004-008, Receipt of 110(2) Hard Rock/Meta1 Mining <br />On March 23, 2004, the Division of Minerals and Geology received your 110(2) Hard Rock/Metal Mining Reclamation <br />Permit application for the The Mountain Mining Claim, which is located in Cleaz Creek County. All comment and <br />review periods began on Mazch 23, 2004. The decision date for your application is scheduled for April 22, 2004. <br />Newspaper publication of a notice regarding the filing of your application and transmittal of a copy of the notice to all <br />owners of record of surface rights, holders of any recorded easements, and all owners of record of lands that are within <br />200 feet of the boundary of the affected land is required within 10 days after submittal. You must submit proof of the <br />notice and mailings, such as Certified Mail - Retum Receipt Requested, to the Division of Minerals and Geology prior to <br />the decision date. Additionally, any changes or additions to the application on file in our office must also be reflected in <br />the public review copy which has been placed with the Clear Creek County Clerk and Recorder. <br />The Division is reviewing your application to determine whether it is adequate to meet the requiremems of the Act.
