Damrau: <br />During the review of the Foidel Creek permit revision application there <br />were several pages and sections that were revised. As of this time, <br />Colorado Yampa Coal Company has not incorporated the revisions into the <br />application. Since the permit was issued over three months ago, these <br />pages need to be included into the permit application to finalize the <br />document.
