Access across the <br />ephemeral stream will be over culverts similar to those all ready in place. <br />Equipment will include, but is not limited to, bulldozers with rippers, scrapers, <br />backhoes, water trucks, rock drills and front-end loaders. Fuel for this equipment is <br />transported to the site in fuel trailers or fuel trucks. In the event fuel is permanently <br />stored on site, a containment azea will be provided using berms of a height sufficient to <br />hold the volume being stored. <br />In the event that blasting is requved, it will be done in accordance to MSHA <br />regulations. All blasting will be conducted during daylight hours. Peak particle <br />velocities and peak air blast levels will be kept below the safe criterion for residential <br />structures recommended by U.S. Bureau of Mines. <br />All runoff and water conservation methods will be covered in Exhibit E, <br />• Reclamation Plan and in Exhibit G, Water. <br />Dust generated during the stockpiling and hauling process will be controlled by <br />water spraying. This water is purchased from a local municipality and hauled to the site. <br />Mining Timetable <br />The following table is based on a projection of product demand. Any economic <br />change from the norm can and will change the timetable estimates dramatically.
