quarterly groundwater qua]ity samples and monthly water quality pazameters from the well from <br />September 1996 to September 1997. Walsh completed an additional monitoring event in May <br />2005. A summary of the monitoring results are presented on the attached Table 1. Colowyo will <br />continue monitoring of the well from the initiation of mining activities through bond release. <br />Please ]et Walsh know if the above-presented information is sufficient to drop the AVF status for <br />Area 2 as shown on the attached figure.
