B. Diversions and Conveyance of Overland Flow <br />There aze no, and there is no requirement for, permanent diversions on the site. [Rule <br />4.05.3(3)]. There are approved permanent ditches for the conveyance of overland flow <br />from disturbed azeas to the permanent Sediment Pond. <br />There aze no, and there is no requirement for, diversions on an existing landslide [Rule <br />4.05.3(5)]. <br />C. Stream Channel Diversions <br />There aze no, and there is no requirement for, stream channel diversions [Rules 4.05.4(1) <br />and (4)]. <br />D. Sedimentation Ponds <br />Sedimentation Pond 2 is in compliance with Rule 4.05.6. <br />E. Acid-forming and Toxic-forming Spoil <br />No acid-forming or toxic-forming soils are known to exist on the site. [Rule 4.05.8(3)] <br />F. Impoundments <br />A dugout pond exists on the site as a permanent impoundment. Sedimentation Pond 2 has <br />been approved as a permanent impoundment. The sanitary sewage treatment lagoon is an <br />integral part of the sanitary sewage treatment system. The treatment lagoon is to be <br />removed under final reclamation. <br />G. Surface and Ground Water Monitoring <br />1. CEC will conduct monitoring of ground water in a manner approved by the <br />Division (see PAP, Sec 2.04.7, pages 56-57b). (Rule 4.05.13(1)] <br />2.
