_ 'f:. <br />.( <br />H-G Mine <br />Permit No. C-80-003 <br />b) Herbaceous Production <br />The mean of herbaceous plant production from the reclamation <br />will be within 90$ or greater of the weighted mean herbaceous <br />plant production for herbaceous plants on the reference areas <br />with 90$ confidence using the one tailed t-test. The data <br />will not include production estimates for noxious weeds or <br />annuals. Biennials can contribute no more than 10$ percent <br />of the production data for the reclamation. <br />c) Shrub Density <br />The approved post-mine shrub density standard for the H-G <br />Mine reclamation, other than the designated shrub enhancement <br />areas, is 200 stems per acre. <br />d) Species Diversity <br />The approved species diversity standard for the H-G Mine <br />reclamation is four cool season grasses and one forb with <br />relative percent cover of these species not to exceed 75$ of <br />the total. One single species shall have no greater than 40$ <br />relative cover. <br />5 ) Reporting <br />Reports shall include maps showing the areas reclaimed, dates <br />of seeding, sample site locations, reference areas and any other <br />pertinent information required. A narrative summary of management <br />history including seed mixtures applied will be supplied. The <br />report will contain a revegetion section which includes methods, <br />results, success standard comparisons, statistical evaluations, <br />summarized data, data tables and species lists as required. The <br />ability of the reclamation to support the post-mining land uses of <br />livestock grazing and wildlife habitat will be evaluated and <br />presented. <br />3 <br />
