The stipulation reads as follows: <br />WITHIN 60 DA 3'S OF PERMIT ISSUANCE, THE APPLICANT SHALL SUBMIT TO <br />hILRD AND THE COLORADO STATE ENGINEER'S OFFICE A h10RE DETAILED BREAK- <br />IXJWN OF THE PROPOSED USES OF TRIBUTARY WATER ASSOCIATED LJITIf THE <br />MINE OPERATION AND A DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF A MITIGATION PLAN FOR <br />DEPLETION Tb TRIBUTARY WATER THAT IS ACCEPTABLE TO THE STATE ENGINEER'S <br />OFFICE. MITIGATION h1AY INCLUDE AN AUGMENTATION PLAN OR MEMBERSHIP <br />IN AN AUGMENTATION PLAN APPROVED BY THE STATE ENGINEER'S OFFICE. <br />Coors responded to this stipulation on December 29, I98I and revised the <br />response on April 14, 1982. Since that time, the mitigation plan has been <br />under review at the State Engineer's office. <br />The Division has received the response from the State Engineer's office which <br />indicates that they are satisfied with your mitigation plan.
