C-047-81. <br />My understanding is that the Mined Land Reclamation Board will <br />handle this request; therefore, copies of the communications to the <br />MLR have been included. The referenced Attachment III in the July 10, <br />1981 letter has been replaced by the current mine permit Exhibit C. <br />Related projections pertinent to this request have been added to this <br />Exhibit. <br />The two exceptions to the current permit, advancement of mains <br />development north of Lot 21, Township 12 South, Range 91 West (Federal <br />lease C-033301) and the monthly mining rate of 16,800 tons are both <br />properly defined in the new permit application now being reviewed.
