The last compl <br />received by the Division was received on January 13, 1986. Since <br />Division has only received statements that no activity has taken ( <br />Olathe Pit. Please refer to the Minerals Rules and Regulations S~ <br />1.6.2(2)(a) which state that it an operation ceases production for <br />180 days or more, the operator must file a Notice of Temporary Ce <br />Board. This notice must state the date of cessation, the reasons <br />plan for the resumption of mining, a description of those activity <br />will take to ensure compliance with the permit reclamation requir( <br />description of site maintenance activities to ensure compliance w1 <br />performance standards (Rule 6). The Notice of Temporary Cessatiod <br />to the Division separate from other correspondence. <br />Because the annual reports since 1986 have indicated no activity I <br />and that operations have ceased, you should submit a request for <br />cessation within the next 45 days. If the request indicates that <br />sufficiently stabilized, we will approve the request for cessatioi <br />days.
