A full set of building plans must be submitted to the building department. including a plot plan, foundation plan, complete floor plan and framing plan cross section. Also snow load for any location determined by the Gunnison Lounty building department prior to drawing final plans. Energy standards adopted in the Gunnison County Building Code Amendments must be met for any building for human occupancy. Inspections are required and the following permits are required: Plumbing. electrical, wells. waste water or individual sewage disposal permit prior to beginning work. A search with the Gunnison County Planning Department was made to locate a building permit. No permit was located in the county files.. A search was made with the Gunnison County Environmental Health Officer to locate a septic permit. No permit has been issued. Board of County Commissioners of Gunnison County Resolution Series 95-42, dated August 22, 1995 adoption of Gunnison County Building Code is amended with the following: 'Amendments to the Uniform Building Code 1994 3 a. Section 103 of the said Uniform Building Code. 1994 is hereby amended with an additional paragraph to- wit: 'Before any building or structure may be noved into or within an unincorporated part of Gunnison County, a building permit shall be issued therefor in the same manner as for a new building or new construction. The cost for such permit shall be based upon the building inspector's estimate of the probable cost involved and which will be necessary in order to make the building or structure comply with all the requirements for new buildings or structures in that area. In the event the owner shall not have taken steps necessary to make the building or structure comply with requirements of the Building Code within the period of time for which the permit was issued, then and in that event the building shall be removed from the premises at the expense of the owner and upon the order or demand of the building inspector. The buildig inspector may refuse to issue a permit to move, remove or repair any such building or structure which, in his opinion cannot be brought into compliance with the Building Code and which, even though repaired. will be structurally unsafe.'
