He hss a B.B. in Liininq Engineering whioh ha;earnad <br />from the University of Pittsburgh in 1979 and a B.S. in Engineering <br />Physics which he earned lrom Walt Virginia Wesleyan College in <br />1978. Ae part of hie undergraduate education, he hnd courses in <br />aurveyinq. For the past 16 years, Mr. Bennett has bean employed in <br />the operation and maintenance of coal mines.
