PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br />WAIVER OF TRANSFER RIGHTS OF RECOVERY <br />AGAINST OTHERS TO US <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br />COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY COVERAGE PART. <br />SCHEDULE <br />Name of Persons or Organization: <br />We waive any right of recovery we may have against any person or organization to the extent <br />required of by a written contract executed prior to any "accident", provided that the "accident" <br />arises out of operations contemplated by such contract.
