Boultler, co~~30~4a7-3o30 <br />JAN 12 1995 <br />division of Minerals & Geology <br />December 28, 1994 <br />The purpose of this letter is to certify that at a hearing of the Board of Adjustment of the County <br />of Boulder, State of Colorado, duly called and held on R+ednesday, December 7, 1994, at 4:00 <br />PM the following action was taken: <br />The Board of Adjustment of the County of Boulder, State of Colorado, UPHELD the <br />decision of the Zoning Administrator in the following matter: <br />Docket NAP 9413 Gald frill Mill <br />An appeal of the Zoning Administrator's determination found in the Land Use <br />Department's letter of August 22, 1994, regazding allowable sources of ore for the Gold <br />Hill Mill. The property is located at 9145 Sunshine Canyon Drive in Section 12, T1N, <br />R72W. <br />In separate motion, the Board of Adjustment upheld the conditions of compliance outlined <br />in the August 22, 1994 letter as follows: "...to verify compliance in this regard, we aze <br />requiring that you, the owner of the property, provide copies of all documents submitted <br />to the Division of Minerals and Geology that disclose the location of the sources of all <br />ore to be processed at the Gold Hill Mill.
