T ^

Mr. Scott Jones
-3- April 17, 1984
One final item, there is almost no more room in the existing Snowmass
application to incorporate additions and revisions. We are therefore
requesting that Snowmass provide three additional binders labelled Volume VI
that would allow us to incorporate all new revisions, inflow studies,
augmentation plans etc. You should devise a simple table of contents and
provide appropriate plastic slip covers for maps. This will enable your
application to remain clear and concise as required under Rule 2.03.3, and
will enable efficient public review of the entire mine plan. Future
submittals should be submitted in a form that enables incorporation in this
volume.
In summary:
1) Stipulation No. 1 is resolved.
2) The subsidence format is acceptable provided subsidence maps are
provided.
3) The inflow study should be done in June (starting 1984).
4) The annual report should be completed by January and cover water
year October to September. (1st report due January 1, 1985.)
5) Mine discharge and consumption needs to be provided with future
inflow studies.
6) As built designs are acceptable.
1) Well depths should be reported as elevations.
8) The plan for controlling Canadian Thistle at the mine is acceptable.
9) Snowmass should report the status of the Augmentation plan by
May 15, 1984.
10) An additional volume for the application should be provided.
Please respond on whether you agree to the conditions listed in 2, 3, 4, 5, 7,
and 10 above. If you have any questions please contact me. Finally, I'm
sorry our review took so long, we appreciate your patience.
~~,~: z
Robert G.
