March 31, 1995 <br />Mr. Larry White <br />Twin Pines Number 2 Mine <br />921 Harrison Avenue <br />Canon City, CO 81212 <br />Dear Mr. While: <br />Re: OLD SUBSTATION -TWIN PINES COAL SALES <br />As per our conversation on Thursday, March 30, 1995, I will try [o sununarize the outcome. <br />Located in the old substation are three transfornters, numbered 102086, 102087, and 102088, along with <br />other miscellaneous equipment. At your convenience, WPE will schedule work crews to remove the <br />substation and the tap line feeding it. WPE will need roadways into the area to accomplish this task. We <br />assume you will provide that access. <br />At the earliest possible opportunity, WPE will check the condition of the line feeding Twin Pines Coal <br />Mine. We will make sure the line is de-energized. We will then schedule ajob to remove the tap line as <br />soon as possible.
