5, 6. 7, 8, 9, 12, 13, 17. 18 and 24, T5N, R86W, and Sections 21,
22, 21, 28, 29. 31, 32. 33, 34 and 35, T6N, R86W, and Sections 7
and 18, T5N, R85W.
THIS PERMIT IS GRANTED SUBJECT TO ALL RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE COLORADO AIR
QUALITY CONTROL COMMISSION AND THE COLORADO AIR QUALITY CONTROL ACT (25-7-101
et seg.). TO THOSE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH ON THE REVERSE SIDE OF
TI115 DOCUMENT AND THE FOLLOWING SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
