Unfortunately, this determination could not be <br />made since neither facility was in operation at the time of inspection. A <br />reinspection is planned for the near future when more time is available to <br />allow for production slowdowns and other unforeseen closures. <br />It should be noted that final permit approval has not yet been granted by the <br />Air Pollution Control Division for the Foidel Creek operations. Until such <br />time as final approval is granted, compliance with air pollution regulations <br />is unknown. <br />Attached for ,your information are copies of the Air Pollution E~ission Permits <br />issued to this operation.
