. ,~ <br />Page 2 <br />The B.L.M. Craig District Office sent P1r. Duke I)uzik to inspect the <br />cleanup operation the next day, Piay 12, 1986. He was pleased with the <br />prompt and extensive cleanup operation that had been performed and <br />granted us permission to dispose of the neutral material in our land- <br />fill, since E.P.A. stated that this could be done. <br />The Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division sent three inspectors to <br />conduct an investigation of the spill and also performed a monthly <br />coal inspection of the entire mine site.
