I thought Che issue <br />was resolved, but Mike Savage, with the Mined Land Reclamation Division, is <br />still having difficulty with [he procedures we have proposed. Mike feels that <br />the use of regression is inappropriate because we are dealing with two indepen- <br />dent variables rather than an independent and a dependent variable.
