Buckram:
This office has reviewed your request for terminating above-referenced permit. It is our opinion that this
site does not require a stormwater dschazge permit at this time.
You have certified that the your site has been stabilized by the division when the bond was forfeited and your
fees have been paid. Your permit has been given an inactive status effective on June 30, 2006. From this
process a refund or additional fees may result and if so, you should receive notification within the next 30 days.
Please be aware that Section 61.15 (e) (ii) of the permit regulations state:
"Once the Division proceeds to terminate a permit at the permittee's request, the
prorated fee shall apply to the period of time the permit has been in effect, including
but not exceeding ninety (90) days from the date the permit termination request is
received by the Division."
If you have any questions about permit coverage please contact me at (303) 692-3590. Any questions about
billing please call (303) 692-3529.
Sincerely,
Debbie Jes/sop
Administrative Assistant
Water Quality Protection Section
WATER QUALITY CONTROL DIVISION
xc: Permit File
Fee File
