The trial court awazded us compensatory damages <br />of $48,000.00. <br />The testimony in this 6-day trial revealed: <br />A. Basin Resources did not provide copies of survey material to the State <br />andlor OSM; <br />B. That the computer software used by OSM is incorrect; <br />C. OSM personnel testified that they had been involved in over 30 <br />investigations within a certain time period and had NEVER RULED IN <br />FAVOR OF A CITIZEN. <br />It is a disgrace that a citizen must engage in an extensive and exhaustive quest for <br />the truth WITHOUT the assistance of the very agencies that were formed to protect the <br />citizen. The individuals each of your agencies sent to investigate our complaint, with <br />the exception of Mr. Steve Pazsons, worked diligently to discredit the citizen, to ignore <br />
