Wright
Water Engineers has not yet received a response to that letter requesting additional
information.
It should be understood that neither submittal of your plan, nor the return of your well permit
application, nor our request for additional information nor any inaction by the Slate,
constitutes approval of this plan.
We understand that the plan was submitted with data regarding depletions and replacements
from July 1990 to July 1991. That information may be used for the 1992 irrigation season if
no significant changes in exposed acres, depletions or water rights have occurred. However,
an effort should be made to account for all depletions and replacements anticipated through
that date.
It is the State Engineer's position that the substitute water supply plans be reviewed and
approved in a timely manner. This cannot be done if all of the pertinent data is not made
available to us for,~~r~view process. It is for this reason this we are asking for a response
to our original request for additional information within 30 days of the date on this letter.
We will be happy to answer any questions regarding this review.
Sincerely,
WRIGHT WATER ENGINEERS, INC.
By
GDW:ard
901-066.040
cc: ]udy Sappington
(SB 120/FINALFOLL.GD W )
By
