As stated in the accompanying letter, all subsequent review <br />and comment periods are now initiated. The completeness determination, <br />however, is considered to be prrovisional at this time. <br />The newspaper announcement given is deficient in one area. Na word is <br />mentioned of the proximity of the permit area to the right-of-way <br />for Douglas Pass Road.
