Introduction
This document is the approval package prepared by the Colorado Mined
Land Reclamation Division (Division) for Western Slope Carbon's Hawk's
Nest Kline. The document contains the Proposed Decision to Approve the
permit application; a summary describing the history of the review of the
permit application, the environment affected by the mining operation and
the mining and reclamation plan; and the Division's written findings of
compliance required by the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Act.
