A letter of certification containing <br />the results of the inspection must be submitted to <br />the Division within two weeks following the <br />inspection." <br />In accordance with this stipulation, I, Ronald <br />J. Gehrke, Colorado P.E. 19959, inspected the <br />subject embankment on May 27, 1992 .and do herewith <br />submit my report of findings: <br />Chronology <br />A. July 14, 1981: F.M. Fox and Associates <br />submitted a report on their geotechnical <br />slope stability investigation of the <br />embankment. The report concluded that <br />the embankment was stable with a minimum <br />
