The design was
prepared by John F. Abel, Jr. The design follows the same technical analytical methodology utilized by
Mr. Abel for the three American Tunnel bulkheads and other bulkheads designed for Sunnyside Gold
Corporation for the Sunnyside mine. The design is based on a field inspection of the proposed site by
Mr. Abe] and myself. We believe the proposed location of the bulkhead represents the best opportunity
to curtail drainage from the Koehler mine. We would appreciate the Divisions review and approval of
the design as soon as possible so that construction can be completed during the current season.
We look forward to working with the Division on this project.
Re e tfull
Step en C.
