Attached to the permit were several <br />stipulations requiring responses by Salt Creek. Salt Creek <br />submitted the responses on August 30, 1985. After reviewing the <br />responses, CMLR requested additional information relative to <br />Stipulation 11 (AOC) by letter dated October 4, 1985. The <br />information is contained within this submittal. <br />Also enclosed is a proposed public notice to be published in the <br />Glenwood Post. <br />I hope that these responses are adequate but if there are <br />questions please contact me at your convenience. <br />John M.
