Box 1821 <br />Colorado Springs, CO 80901 <br />RE: Notice of Formal Public Hearing <br />Dear Dr. Corley: <br />This letter is serving to notify the Corley Company of its being scheduled to <br />appear before the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board during a Formal Public <br />Hearing at the October 20-21, 1993 Board Meeting. <br />The Corley Company has been placed on the agenda at its request to petition <br />the Board for a Declaratory Order to terminate controversies or to remove <br />uncertainties as to the applicability to the petitioner of any statutory <br />provision or of any rule or order of the Board (C.R.S. 24-4-105 and Rule 1.14 <br />of the Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for Coal <br />Mining). The agenda item has been scheduled with regard to certain issues <br />related to the Pioneer Canon reclamation project. <br />The meeting will be held in Room 318 of <br />beginning at 9:00 a.m. each day.
