A tract of land 60 foot wide in the SE'/a Section 35, Township 3 North, Range 64 West of the
6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado, the centerline of said 60 foot wide tract of land is described
as follows:
From the southeast corner of said Section 35;
thence S 90° 00' 00" W 29.90 feet to the Point of Beginning;
thence N 02° 16' 22" E 101.94 feet;
thence N 09° 27' lt" E 103.86 feet;
thence N 16° 58' 24" E 30.15 feet to the Point of Terminus, said point being on the east line of
said Section 35, from whence the southeast corner of said Section 35 bears S 00' 00' 00" E
233.15 feet. Said tract contains 0.325 acres, more or less. The basis of bearings for this Road
Easement Description is the east line of Section 2, Township 2 North, Range 64 West, said
line bears N Ol° 22' S5" W.

The following 60' Access Road Easement was left in the permit by CEC, but was indirectly
modified by an EXHIBIT "B" (addendum) and a note by TERRANEXT on Sheet 5 of 5. The
original description duplicates area described within the 788.54 mine area description for that
portion of the road easement north of the south "Permit Boundary" (split on the 154.00 foot
cord bearing N 26° 39' S5") of the description.
