There are no, and there is no requirement for, diversions on an existing landslide (Rule <br />4.05.3(5)]. <br />C. Stream Channel Diversions <br />There are no, and there is no requirement for, stream channel diversions [Rules <br />4.05.4(1) and (4)]. <br />D. Sedimentation Ponds <br />Sedimentation Pond 2 is in compliance with Rule 4.05.6. <br />E. Acid-forming and Toxic-forming Spoil <br />No acid-forming or toxic-forming soils are known to exist on the site. [Rule 4.05.8(3)] <br />F. Impoundments <br />A dugout pond exists on the site as a permanent impoundment. Sanitary sewage <br />treatment lagoons are an integral part of the sanitary sewage treatment system. These <br />treatment lagoons are to be removed under final reclamation. Sedimentation Pond 2 is to <br />be removed under final reclamation. <br />G. Surface and Ground Water Monitoring <br />1.
