Sedimentation Ponds <br />Sedimentation Pond 2 is in compliance with Rule 4.05.6. <br />E. Acid-forming and Toxic-forming Spoil <br />No acid-forming or toxic-forming soils are known to exist on the site. [Rule 4.05.8(3)] <br />F. Impoundments <br />A dugout pond exists on the site as a permanent impoundment. Sanitary sewage <br />treatment lagoons are an integral part of the sanitary sewage treatment system.
