<br />Renewal was accomplished. A summary of such MR(s) is as follows.

<br />MR-21, 16 Apr 92, replacement of AMW-2 ground water monitoring well.

<br />MR-23, 3 Mar 94, instate quarterly pond inspections.
<br />MR-24, 3 Mar 94, variance on contemporaneous reclamation of A and B pits.
<br />MR-25, 3 Mar 94, access road and evaporation pond reclamation.
<br />MR-26, 22 Jul 94, identification of interests; correction of permit defects; mine boundary
<br />change (Sections 26 and 35 T3N R64W were removed from the Permit); Operation Plan,
