I <br />look forwazd to receiving notification regarding this matter, including the setting of a formal <br />hearing date. <br />Please send any additional documentation regarding these four mines. As we discussed, my <br />request is only for documents added since Russell Means provided the requested documentation <br />to Jeff Pazsons on December 13, 2005. I would prefer electronic copies, but either paper or <br />electronic format is fine. <br />Thank you again for your helpful assistance in this matter.
