These activities as specifically <br />proposed will not affect Oakridge Energy's reclamation liability, nor require any modification of <br />their performance bond, as the activities will be conducted on areas currently disturbed, bonded, <br />and as yet unreclaimed. <br />The activities as currently described will also not require the filing of a Notice of Intent to Conduct <br />Coal Exploration with our offices. Should you, however, feel the need to change your sampling <br />activities from those described, please contact our offices before doing so. A coal sampling <br />program different from the one described in your letter may require the filing of an exploration <br />notice with us before being initiated. <br />Thank you for contacting us regarding this matter.
