This mining occured generally in phase 1 and 3 areas. <br />We are not in the mining phase which would allow us to perform any permanent <br />reclamation. Therefore, questions two through six would not apply at this time. <br />Regarding question seven, we would estimate approximately 2 to 6 <br />affected in the coming year. This activity will occur in phases <br />we are in the process of reviewing our mining plan for the quart <br />intention to join phase 1 and 2 with phase 3, and extend phase 3 <br />to be extracted from phase 2.
