The Board, however, say grant <br />extensions. <br />P.4i9 <br />When the affected acreage is to be increased or decreased, <br />permits are to be amended and additional application fees, <br />not to exceed $1,000, are required for additional acreage. <br />Information submitted in an application relating to the <br />location, size, nature of the deposit, or thickness or <br />depth of the deposit is to remain confidential at the• <br />request of the operator. Those violating this <br />confidentiality are guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor. <br />Permit applicants must file copies o! their application <br />with the County Clerk and Recorder in the county where <br />the operation is to be located. various requirements for <br />notice to adjoining land owners and public notice are <br />included. <br />PUBLIC INVOLVEMENT <br />Any person may object to the issuance of a permit within <br />20 days of the last publication of the required notice. <br />For good cause, the Board may hold a hearing on such <br />objections. Applicants are entitled to copies of <br />objections. <br />BOARD ACTION <br />The Board must schedule consideration of an application <br />within 90 days of its filing. Such consideration cou1.9 be <br />approval, denial, or the holding of a hearing. With one <br />exception, the Board must take final action within 12~D <br />days of filing. Where unforeseen circumstances or <br />snowcover prevents an en-site inspection, the Board m;ay <br />extend its time to act by 60 days. <br />If a hearing is to be held, it must be in accordance Frith <br />the requirements of the Colorado Administrative <br />Procedures Act. <br />
