Cattany <br /> Division Director <br /> Natural Resource Trustee <br />RE: Ingleside Quarry -Mine Plan Compliance, Permit No. M-1980-037 <br />Class: General Documents <br />Dear Mr. Craig: <br />The Division will accept an application for a technical revision in order to resolve the current issue of mine plan <br />compliance as discussed in our June 9, 2003 meeting and noted in Observation No. 4 in the Division's April 10, <br />2003 inspection report. Our understanding is that the purpose of the revision application will be to clarify the <br />details of the mine plan and reclamation plan, ensure the stability of the existing highwall and upon final <br />reclamation, provide a current reclamation cost, and verify that the Division has a financial warranty adequate to <br />complete reclamation of the quarry. Please note that no public notification will be required of you to complete <br />the application process. However, you must place a copy of the technical revision application with the County <br />Clerk and Recorder no later than the close of business on the day the technical revision is filed with the <br />Division, and you must provide the Division within five (5) working days of filing an affidavit or receipt from <br />the County Clerk and Recorder verifying that the revision application was filed.
