Following is information requested by the rule.
a. Elam is required to remove an old abandoned concrete foundation from a pazking lot located
on Ute Avenue between 4th and Srh Streets. The concrete will be broken into manageable
pieces to load into trucks. The material will be hauled to the Mule Farm Pit and placed in the
southern portion of the pit.
b. Approximately 70 cubic yards of concrete backfill will be imported.
c. I certify that to the best of my knowledge, the imported material is clean and contains no
known toxic substances.
d. The proposed dates of importation is Apri124 and 25, 2003.
e. The concrete will be incorporated into the final slopes near the bottom of the fill of the
reclamation plan. Upon final reclamation, there will not be any concrete exposed at the
surface.
f. The concrete will be distributed uniformly to prevent large voids. The stockpiled overburden
will then be spread over the concrete and compacted per the reclamation plan.
Please don't hesitate to call if you have any additional questions.
Respectfully,
G' ale an ~!~~~~~~_
Y Ym
Speci Projects Manager
