MCC <br />has the following responses: <br />Please find enclosed a memo from the Water Resources Engineer at Golder <br />Associates who has designed the Sylvester Gulch Facilities Area surface water <br />plan. His memo states that a 48-inch culvert is the appropriate size. Please note <br />that a 54-inch culvert is currently being installed. <br />2. A topsoil stockpile #4 will not be constructed. The information presented for <br />topsoil pile #4 in Table 36A is for topsoil pile #6. This correction will be made <br />when this table is revised in an upcoming minor revision application. <br />Please see the response for #2. <br />4. The topsoil stockpiles listed on Table 36 aze shown on Map 53. The table <br />describes the location of the pile within the facilities azea. For example, the <br />Main Topsoil Stockpile is the largest topsoil stockpile and is located near the <br />run-of--mine coal stack tubes and stockpile. The Parking Lot Topsoil Stockpile <br />is located near the pazking lot. However, to make the locations of the <br />stockpiles more clear, Map 53 will be updated to include the names of the <br />stockpiles as shown on Table 36.
