On August 8, 1986 the Division amended its findings to allow partial release
of the bond applicable to the haul road.
On August 18, 1986 the Division received a certified report on the completion
the repair work specified in the June 23 plan.
The Division has reviewed the bond release application, technical submittals,
landowner comments, and the Division inspection reports as the basis for this
proposed decision, which was affirmed as final by the Board on August 28, 1986.
