This firm represents four of the five lenders who <br />became owners of a substantial portion of the Cedar Heights <br />Subdivision through foreclosure of the Deed of Trust on the <br />property. We represent <br />1. Resolution Trust Corporation as Receiver for Sioux Valley <br />Savings and Loan Association; <br />2. Metropolitan Federal Bank of Iowa, FSB; <br />3. Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation as Manager for the <br />FSLIC Resolution Fund as Receiver for Northlake Savings and Loan <br />Association; and <br />4.
