This firm represents four of the five lenders who <br />became owners of a substantial portion of the Cedar Heights <br />Subdivision through foreclosure of the Deed of Trust on the <br />property. We represent <br />1. Resolution Trust Corporation as Receiver for Sioux Valley <br />Savings and Loan Association; <br />2. Metropolitan Federal Bank of Iowa, FSB; <br />3. Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation as Manager for the <br />FSLIC Resolution Fund as Receiver for Northlake Savings and Loan <br />Association; and <br />4. Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation as Manager for the <br />FSLIC Resolution Fund as Receiver for First Federal of Maryland, <br />FSA. <br />Preferred Savings and Loan, <br />ownership of the Cedar Heights <br />Sparks, Dix, Enoch & Winslow. <br />the fifth lender involved in the <br />Subdivision, is represented by <br />We did receive a copy of the Final Design Analysis for HR-6 <br />Snyder Quarry Cap on March 21, 1990.
