Please find enclosed <br />copies of the current Mineral Rules and Regulations, Mined Land <br />Reclamation Act, Senate Bill 95-156 (new Statute for the <br />extraction of construction materials), and a 112 Regular <br />Operation Reclamation Permit application package.
