r~ <br />Bonding <br /> <br />The Division currently holds two bonds; 13-20-17 from National Union Fire Insurance <br />Company for $204,524.00 and bond 13-20-18 also from National Union Fire Insurance <br />Company for $1,307.00. The updated reclamation liability is calculated by the Division <br />to be $ 213,633.00. This estimate is attached for review. The total amount of bond <br />held by the Division ($205,831.00) is $7,802.00 less than the required liability. Please <br />see question #4 above. <br />This concludes the initial phase of the mid-term review process. Please submit a <br />technical revision responding to these issues identified in Section V by July 15, 2000. <br />-8- <br />
