.\ <br />the Application establish just cause for the relief herein <br />granted; <br />IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, effective November 7, 1990, that: <br />1. Debtors shall be, and hereby are, authorized to employ <br />LeBoeuf as their counsel in these cases under a general retainer; <br />2. LeBoeuf shall be, and hereby is, authorized to perform <br />any and all services for Debtors that are necessary or <br />appropriate in connection with these cases; provided, that, if at <br />any time any pension plan maintained by any Debtor is a claimant <br />against such Debtor, LeBoeuf will not represent the Plan for <br />purposes of prosecuting any claim against the Debtor by any such <br />Plan; <br />3. LeBoeuf shall be compensated for such services and <br />reimbursed for associated expenses in accordance with the <br />applicable provisions of the Bankruptcy Code, Bankruptcy Rule <br />2016, the Application, and any future orders of this Court; <br />4. LeBoeuf shall bring to the Court's attention on an <br />expeditious basis any actual conflicts among the debtors which <br />may come to its attention; <br />5. LeBoeuf shall, within thirty days, submit to the Court <br />an anticipated budged for these cases through confirmation of a <br />plan of reorganization, which budget shall be informative rather <br />than binding and which shall include the kinds of expenses for <br />which LeBoeuf anticipates seeking reimbursement; <br />6. LeBoeuf shall serve such budget and list of expenses on <br />the U.S. Trustee and ary committees appointed in these cases but <br />is not required to set the matter for hearing; and <br />
