Kanematsu U.S.A.. Inc. Kanematsu U.S.A., Inc. is a <br />customer of CFSI Steel Corporation and may be a debtor of CFSI <br />Steel Corporation. LeBoeuf represents Kanematsu U.S.A., Inc. in <br />connection with certain trademark matters not related to CFSI or <br />its affiliates. <br />15. LTV Corporation. LTV Corporation has been a vendor to <br />and a customer of CFSI Steel Corporation and may be a debtor of <br />CFSI Steel Corporation. LeBoeu! is special pension counsel to <br />LTV Corporation and its subsidiaries in their bankruptcy cases in <br />the Southern District of New York in matters unrelated to CFSI <br />Steel Corporation or its subsidiaries. <br />16. Marsh S McLennan. Marsh S McLennan is CFSI Steel <br />Corporation's property insurance broker and may be a creditor. <br />LeBoeuf has provided general corporate and insurance regulatory <br />advice to Marsh S McLennan unrelated to CFSI Steel Corporation or <br />its subsidiaries. <br />17. Metropolitan Life. Metropolitan Life provides employee <br />life insurance to CFSI Steel Corporation. LeBoeuf has provided <br />general corporate and insurance regulatory advice to Metropolitan <br />Life in matters unrelated to CFSI Steel Corporation or its <br />subsidiaries. Metropolitan Life is a member of the Secured Pre- <br />Merger Bondholders Committee in the Federated Department Stores <br />bankruptcy case currently pending in the Southern District of <br />Ohio in which LeBoeuf acts as that committee's counsel. That <br />matter is not related to CFSI Steel Corporation or its <br />subsidiaries. <br />18. Pickands Mather. Pickands Mather Sales Co. is vendor <br />to CFSI Steel Corporation and has been but is not currently a <br />trade creditor of CFSI. LeBoeu! has provided legal services for <br />Pickands Mather in matters unrelated to CFSI Steel Corporation or <br />its subsidiaries. <br />19. Public Service Compnnv o! Colorado. Public Service <br />Company of Colorado ("PSCo") supplies electric power under <br />contract with CFSI Steel Corporation and is one o! its largest <br />unsecured trade creditors. LeBoeu! represents PSCo in connection <br />with PSCo's claim against and interest in purchasing ascets of <br />Colorado-Ute Electric ]lssoeiation, a Chapter 11 debtor in <br />bankruptcy in the District o! Colorado. LaBoeu! also represents <br />PSCo in connection with other corporate matters unrelated to CFSI <br />Steel Corporation. These matters have no connection to CFSI Steel <br />Corporation or its subsidiaries. <br />7 <br />
