2. General liability insurance, property insurance and <br />automobile insurance are carried by the Parent Company and <br />allocated to the Metals Companies on a monthly basis. <br />Excess workers' compensation carried by the Parent Company <br />is also allocated to the Metals Companies. <br />3. Certain exempt salaried employees (plant managers) are paid <br />by the Parent Company on a monthly basis. Salary costs <br />including fringe benefit costs (pensions, life, health, <br />etc.) are reimbursed to the Parent Company by the Metals <br />Companies. <br />4. Basic health coverage is provided to the Metals Companies <br />through the Parent Company's self-insured plan administered <br />by Alta. Life insurance coverage is provided to the <br />employees of the Metals Companies through the Parent Company <br />underwritten by Metropolitan Life. Plan costs are allocated <br />monthly to the Metals Companies. <br />5. The Parent Company offers optional life insurance program to <br />certain exempt salaried employees of the Metals Companies <br />which is partially paid by employee and the Parent Company. <br />The Metals Companies reimburse the Parent Company for any of <br />these costs. <br />6. Income taxes for federal and state are calculated by the <br />Parent Company and allocated to the Metals Companies (as <br />well as all other subsidiaries o! the Parent Company). <br />Provisions for payment of taxes are made by the Parent <br />Company; amounts to be paid by subsidiaries are allocated to <br />the subsidiaries and are paid quarterly by the subsidiaries. <br />7. Miscellaneous costs for filing legal documents and <br />miscellaneous fees are reimbursed to the Parent Company as <br />incurred. <br />8. Transactions between the Metals Companies and other <br />subsidiaries of CF6I: The Metals Companies transact <br />business with CiW Railway Co. which provides incoming <br />railroad shipments and shipments to the Parent Company. The <br />Metals Companies alto have notes receivable from Pueblo <br />Railroad Service Company totaling 52,150,000 which are due <br />in 6/9i and interest is due quarterly. <br />9. The Metals Companies have no material tranaaetions with each <br />other. <br />CiW RAILWAY COMPANY f"C6W"1: <br />1. CiW primarily serves the Parent Company !or both incoming <br />and outgoing rail shipments. CiW bills the Parent Company <br />
